3-D movies!

So haven't posted in a few days, I've just been super busy with work. Anyways, I'm starting to notice this trend in movies; they're all coming out in 3-D. What the heck is that all about? I'm actually not a huge fan of 3-D, and especially the price, which is $14 at my local movie theater.  I prefer the traditional movies, not 3-D. What do you all think?!

  1. Shit fucks up my eyes. I get major headaches while watching 3d stuff, kinda annoying cause i think that will be the next big step in display technologies.

  2. The concept is cool. Unfortunately, I have yet to see a 3D production film that isn't B-list.

  5. I hate it. The glasses are uncomfortable, I feel it detracts from the movie, and overall it's just a cheesy gimmick. I say neh to 3deh.

  7. It's simply the next step in movie experience.
in a few months/years the prices will drop to normal.

  9. I dont mind 3d movies, I think watching a movie in 3d is better than watching the same movie in 2d.

  18. It depends on the movie, Avatar was probably the only 3d movie I thought was worth the money, Alice in Wonderland wasnt bad either. I hate the 3d horror movies that are just things flying at you for 90 minutes.

  21. 3D is more likely a passing fad id say, but with these 3D TV's coming out its hard to say

  22. 3d is nice to me but most stuff is still cheezy and not worth it. once good 3d comes out it will be a standard and prolly will forget what regular tv looked like. imo check out my blog koopzy.blogspot.com

  26. nice, I can't wait to see what you have to say in your next post

  27. 3D is killing entertainment, its trying to revolutionize a good thing into something useless. We'd be forced to wear special glasses for everything. Until they can fix this issue, 3D is going nowhere.

  28. The glasses hurt my eyes and I guess I'm part of the 30% that can't see 3D =(
